"Messy FFL transfer experience"
I don’t know, maybe I caught them on a bad week, but this FFL transfer was just more frustrating than it needed to be. The updates were slow, and I kept feeling like I was missing a step or waiting on something that wasn’t clearly explained. At one point I was thinking, okay, is this normal, or did my paperwork just disappear into a drawer somewhere? Anyway, the whole process felt confusing and dragged out. I’d rather not go through that again

"The delivery drama was way too much"
The delivery was a whole rollercoaster for no reason. My order showed up late, and the tracking barely updated, so I was just sitting there wondering if my package had disappeared into another dimension. The product itself was fine, nothing terrible, but the delivery experience made the whole thing way more annoying than it needed to be

I checked out Charlie's Custom Clones and my first reaction was nope. The prices just felt too high for what they were offering, and I didn’t see anything that made the extra cost make sense. Maybe someone else would be fine with it, but to me it didn’t feel like a fair deal. I wouldn’t order at those prices.

"Had to chase them for updates"
I did get my order in the end, but the whole update process was frustrating. The status just sat there for days with barely any change, and nobody followed up to let me know what was going on. I ended up checking it myself over and over and emailing them just to get some kind of answer. It wasn’t a complete disaster, but it was definitely annoying

"The clone was kind of a disaster"
I ordered a clone thinking it would look way closer to the reference, and I was so thrown off when it arrived. Some parts were okay, I guess, but the face and little details were just wrong enough that I couldn’t stop noticing them. The sizing also wasn’t quite the same, which made the whole thing feel even more off. Support did reply, so I’ll give them that, but it still felt like I got something that missed the mark compared to what I actually asked for.

"Return turned into a whole ordeal"
I had a frustrating time trying to return my order from Charlie's Custom Clones. Getting a straight answer took way longer than it should have, and I kept feeling like I had to chase down the Return Department Heroes just to find out what was happening.
Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but this whole return circus was enough for me. I wouldn’t be in a rush to deal with it again

"Fits Decent, Works Fine 🙂"
I ordered this from charliescustomclones.com, and overall the fit was okay, but not totally perfect. I had to mess with it a bit to get everything sitting the way I wanted, which was a little annoying 😕
Function-wise, it does what it’s supposed to do, and I haven’t had any major problems so far. I just expected the fit to be a little cleaner for the price. Not bad, not amazing either!

I gave them a try because they had some clone parts I couldn’t really find anywhere else, and to be fair, that part was a win. But the website was frustrating to use, and a couple of things that looked like they were in stock ended up not being available. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but for the price, I expected the whole process to be a lot more polished.

I checked out Charlie's Custom Clones because I was thinking about placing an order, but the site didn’t make me feel very confident. There wasn’t enough clear info, and I just didn’t feel comfortable entering my personal details. I also tried reaching out with a question and never got any follow-up, which made it feel even more sketchy. Maybe other people had a better experience, but I decided not to risk it.

I went in expecting to grab everything I needed, but a few things weren’t in stock. It was kind of annoying because I had to spend extra time figuring out alternatives and making another stop, which felt like more work than it should’ve been.

The lead time they gave me wasn’t even close. My order ended up taking way longer than expected, and I barely got any updates along the way. I totally understand custom stuff can take time, but giving dates that clearly aren’t accurate is just ridiculous.

I wanted this to be better, but it just didn’t feel accurate at all?? The performance was weak too, and I had to mess with it way more than I expected. Even after tweaking things, it still wasn’t right for me. I don’t think I’d buy it again.

I ordered two clones, and the packaging was a bit disappointing!!! The box showed up bent, and the wrap inside felt loose, so one of the plants looked kind of stressed when it arrived. I was really hoping they’d be packed with a little more care for shipping!!!

"Didn’t feel legit, and the support was useless"
This just didn’t seem authentic to me. It looked kind of fake when it arrived, and I didn’t feel good about using it. I reached out by email to ask about it, but the replies felt like they were written by robots and didn’t actually answer my questions. Definitely not buying again
